Our mission is to provide individuals and business owners with relief from anxiety by helping them find success while navigating the complex financial world of the 21st Century.

Helping people has always been a passion of Dan Bandy, president of Bandy & Associates. It is not by accident that helping individuals and business owners with modern accounting principles and practices is a hallmark of his accountancy corporation.

For more than 30 years, Dan has attempted to provide understanding and compassion to a service that is very structured and sometimes seems unforgiving. Whether working with an individual, or small, medium or large business, Dan’s philosophy always has been to respect clients and treat them as family. That philosophy permeates Bandy & Associates with each team member dedicated to serving the best interest of the client.

A native of the San Joaquin Valley, Dan began his career in 1984 with Touche Ross, an international accounting firm. In 1990, he joined a partner to create a new firm, Ball & Bandy, and in 2005 he formed his own company, Bandy & Associates.

Bandy & Associates began with six associates and has doubled over the past decade. During those years, Bandy & Associates also has grown to serve a variety of businesses of many sizes while offering a comprehensive list of services in the areas of accounting, tax, payroll and consulting.

Danelle Dettman
Danelle DettmanStaff Accountant

Danelle, a Staff Accountant, has been working at Bandy & Associates since 2002, her freshmen year at California State University, Fresno. She began her career as a payroll department intern and after graduating university, accepted a full-time position as a staff accountant.

Janet Mitchell
Janet MitchellCertified Public Accountant

Janet, a Certified Public Accountant since 1997, began her career in a local accounting organization and became associated with a Bandy accounting firm in 1995.

ShouaNha Moua
ShouaNha MouaAdministrative Coordinator

ShouaNha is the Administrative Coordinator for Bandy & Associates who began working at the corporation in 2014 as a part-time administrative assistant. Even though she works full time, ShouaNha currently is working toward a Master of Business Administration degree.

Daniel Nazaroff
Daniel NazaroffCertified Public Accountant

A Certified Public Accountant since 2002, Daniel has been associated with a Bandy firm since 1997. Daniel has his own client base for which he provides accounting and tax preparation services. While many of his clients are construction industry related, his practice also includes auto body shops, real estate development and trusts.

Jodi Nemeth
Jodi NemethCertified Public Accountant

Jodi Nemeth, a Certified Public Accountant, is no stranger to many Bandy clients returning to Fresno in September 2016 after more than 15 years of living and working on the East Coast. While working in upstate New York, Jodi developed an interest in estates and trusts related to accounting while working with high, net-worth individuals, their families and various trusts.

Kristen Phillion
Kristen PhillionStaff Accountant

Kristen is a Staff Accountant who has worked at a Bandy accounting firm since 2003, beginning as an intern in the payroll department. She accepted a full-time position as a staff accountant after graduating university. While taking her first accounting course as a junior in high school, Kristen realized she had been introduced to her future profession because it combined two of her greatest strengths – numbers and helping people.

Pam Reinhardt
Pam ReinhardtOffice Administrator

Pam has served as the Office Administrator for Bandy & Associates since 2012 and has worked in a professional office environment for more than 20 years.
As the Office Administrator, you are likely to see Pam when entering Bandy & Associate offices or talking with her on the phone. Pam is responsible for internal administrative matters to assure the office runs smoothly and efficiently. She also is responsible for assembling tax returns and financial statements for individual and business clients.

Larissa Rojas
Larissa RojasCertified Public Accountant

Larissa has been working at Bandy & Associates since 2011 while in university. She accepted a full-time position as a staff accountant after graduation in 2013.
Larissa, a Certified Public Accountant, is developing a client base and works primarily with construction industry trades. Her work also includes preparing Individual, Corporate, and other entity type tax returns as well as monthly, quarterly, and annual reviews and compilations.

Marcelo Ruiz
Marcelo RuizPayroll Clerk

Since 2015, Marcelo has been a Payroll Clerk at Bandy & Associates. As a member of the payroll department, he integrates new clients, prepares payroll for businesses so employees are paid on time.Marcelo and his wife have two children. When not spending time with his family, Marcelo likes to stay physically fit by working out at the gym. He also enjoys playing video games and working on cars.

Victor Ruiz
Victor RuizPayroll Administrator

Victor has worked at Bandy & Associates since 2007 as a payroll intern. Upon graduation from university, Victor accepted a full-time position as the Payroll Administrator.In his position, Victor interacts with payroll clients, supervises those dedicated to payroll services and reviews client payroll reports. Additionally he prepares individual tax returns.

Choua Vang
Choua VangStaff Accountant

Choua began working at Bandy & Associates as a payroll intern while attending university and became a staff accountant after graduating in Spring 2017.As a Staff Accountant, Choua is responsible for preparing corporate and individual tax returns.

Peer Review

As part of our membership with the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), we are required to undergo peer review every three years.  As part of the peer review process, an outside independent CPA reviews selected financial statements to ensure that we comply with accounting standards. We are ecstatic to report to you that we received a peer review rating of pass, which is the highest level that a firm can receive.
